Our properties are equipped with 24/7 security systems, including CCTV surveillance, secure entry points, and well-lit public areas. We also provide regular security patrols and work closely with local law enforcement to maintain a safe environment.
Utilities such as water, trash removal, and heating are included in the rent. However, electricity and internet services are billed separately, based on usage.
